Rother Valley South Area Assembly

‘NAG Walkabout’

20^th August 2010

Elected Members, the Area Assembly Team, South Yorkshire Police and Council Partners will be undertaking a Tour of Inspection/Walkabout on 20^th August 2010.  The group will be visiting as many villages within the Rother Valley South Area Assembly, and identifying key issues/problems that can go forward for possible Neighbourhood Action Priorities.

You are invited to submit a request if you would like us to visit your street/neighbourhood to address issues you may have.  All you need to do is email the Area Assembly Team using the link below, providing your name and a contact number, and the area you would like us to visit.  Deadline for requests 4pm on 25^th June 2010,.

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive are undertaking some informal public consultation to establish the views of the general public as to how bus services should be provided in the future and to consider a proposal for a new bus network in the South Rotherham and Sheffield area.

Everyone is invited to come along and visit the Exhibition and make their views known on the following dates:-

Wednesday, 7^th July 2010 at Dinnington Resource Centre – 9am-5pm

Monday, 12^th July, 2010 at All Saints Square, Rotherham – 9am-5pm

Wednesday, 14^th July 2010 at Meadowhall Shopping Centre – 10am-6pm

Friday,16^th July 2010 at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre – 10am-6pm
