Join the Green Spaces team and community coaches for an afternoon of sporting activities including welly wanging. Flex your muscles and challenge your friends to see who can throw the welly the furthest. Prizes will be given for age category winners. You can also take part in multi sports activities to really give you a work out! All ages are welcome, however all children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Friday September 24th features Gordon Giltrap, probably the finest guitarist in Britain today, who has worked with an amazing range of artists from rock musicians such as Brian May, Rick Wakeman and Midge Ure to jazz virtuoso Martin Taylor and the London Symphony Orchestra. The Anston Parish Council is organising its annual Bonfire Night Festivities
on Friday the 5th November. There will be a bonfire at 7:00 p.m. and a 20 minute fireworks display starting at 7:15 p.m.
There is no provision for parking. Admission is free. Food
and refreshments will be on sale at the parish hall.
