AREA PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
SHAUN MIRFIELD
Hi, my name is Shaun Mirfield and I am the Area Partnership Manager for Rotherham South.
Having worked in Local Government in Cheshire and Staffordshire, I returned 'home' to work for South Yorkshire Police. I was responsible for developing an Engagement Strategy for Neighbourhood Policing, implementing a multi-million pound community grants programme and brieifng the authority on policies in relation to neighbourhood policing, call handling and the forces 'Quality of Service commitment.
I am committed to making a difference and believe that with strong partnership working, we can and will succeed.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT OFFICER
 KAY BACON
Hi, I'm Kay Bacon, the Community Involvement Officer for the Rotherham South Area Assembly.
My first role for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council started in June 2005 when I took up the post of Partnership Development Manager at one of the local Community Partnerships.
I joined the Rotherham South Area Assembly team in December 2006 as a Community Planning Officer, where I continue to try to enable local communities to become involved in influencing what happens in their community. I am also committed to ensuring the community has a say in local decision making.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT OFFICER
 LINDSEY GIBSON
Hi, I'm Lindsey Gibson the new Community Support Officer for the Rotherham South Area Assembly.
Before joining Rotherham South, I worked in the voluntary and community sector for over 5 years. I hope that this experience will help me better support the Rotherham South Area.
After completing a HNC in Business I am now studying towards an Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies.
