Introducing our Area Assembly Chair and Vice Chair
The Wentworth Valley Area Assembly would like to welcome Councillor Turner as the new Chair and Councillor Parker as the new Vice Chair of the Area Assembly.
AREA ASSEMBLY CHAIR
Hello I'm Cllr John Turner and I am the new Chair for Wentworth Valley Area Assembly. I am very keen to work with my Vice Chair Cllr Parker and the Area Assembly Co-ordinating group to bring partners and communities together to make a positive difference in our neighbourhoods.
I aim to put communities in control over local decisions and act on local concerns by engaging community members through a range of meetings, events and activities.
So far I have been both encouraged and enthused by the fantastic partners and community members in Wentworth Valley and know that if we work together we can deliver a real positive change.
