There are 4 members of staff who work within the Wentworth Valley Area Assembly.

AREA PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
SARAH CURRER
Hello, I am Sarah Currer and I am the Area Partnership Manager for Wentworth Valley.
I have worked at Rotherham MBC since 2003. For the past year I have been covering the Area Partnership Manager role at Rother Valley South and prior to this I was Principal Environmental Health Officer.
I commenced in this post in March and have been very pleased to meet so many enthusiastic partner and community groups who are committed to delivering real change in Wentworth Valley. I am looking forward to developing these relationships further to positively impact our communities.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT OFFICER
JANICE CURRAN
Janice has worked for the Council since March 2000, initially as a Community Development Worker for Rawmarsh. She joined the Wentworth Valley Area Assembly in June 2007 and currently works in Wickersley, Hellaby and Bramley. Hellaby celebrated the launch of their Community Plan in November 2006 and the Hellaby Community Project Group continues to progress actions identified in the plan. The Wickersley Community Plan Group has, over the past year, undertaken a number of consultation exercises with the Wickersley community. In the future they hope to work in partnership with service providers to develop actions that will meet the needs and aspirations identified.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT OFFICER - NICOLA HACKING
Hi, I am Nicola Hacking and I joined the Council in January 2000 as an Area Assembly Support Officer for Rother Valley South. I moved to Rother Valley West area in 2001 and have recently taken up a secondment post as part time Community Involvement Officer in Wentworth Valley (May 2009). During my time working with Area Assemblies I have been involved in a number of Community Planning events in Rother Valley West including the soon to be launched Brinsworth Parish Plan. I am now looking forward to my new challenge as a Community Involvement Officer and will now be concentrating on my work in the Wentworth Valley area.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT OFFICER
KATHRYN ROYSTON
Kathryn commenced in the Community Support Officer role in July 2007 and is a valuable member of the team. She undertakes the day to day admin work and keeps the office running smoothly.
