The awards are to recognise the hard work of people who live and work in the Rother Valley West area. Councillor John Swift presented Adam Biggins with an award certificate for being recognised as the 'Community Champion'. This award is given for 'Working to improve facilities or quality of life for the community and for being the person who is always there to help'.
